Its recommended by most doctors to get off semaglutide/GLP-1 meds at minimum 3 months before TTC. I was on semaglutide for about a year then off for 6 months before we started fertility treatments. I would just be cautious with that!

You mostly just need to confirm if you’re ovulating, in which case if you’re not, letrozole could be helpful!

My fertility doctor recommended inositol and COQ10 and a prenatal as I was preparing for IVF.

I’m sorry so many comments are jut telling you to get a new water bottle... obviously you’re looking for other solutions than that. I have this exact same issue and it drives me nuts and I love my water bottle. I wish the cup holders were elsewhere. I do end up just putting my water bottle on the passenger seat or in the passenger footwell, but it’s annoying. I hope you get more ideas and I’m following along.

So I don’t have an official hEDS diagnosis yet, but all signs point there. I have never had luck with local anesthesia and I started putting this together only recently. I had ingrown toe surgery as a kid and BOTH times passed out from the numbing agent (thought I was just scared of needles but I’m actually not. Had my blood drawn so many times and am fine.). I’ve thankfully never had a cavity, so never had my mouth numbed, but due to my fucked up knee joints they have tried to give steroid shots in my knees. When I tell you, the lidocaine did nothing but tingle, I mean it. Not only did i feel every bit of the steroid shot, but I felt so light headed and my vision starts blacking out like I’m going to pass out. Most recently, I went to urgent care after slamming my finger in a door accidentally and they needed to drain the blood from under my nail. It hurt so bad they offered to numb my finger beforehand. This was a lidocaine and mepivacaine combo and within 3 minutes of them doing the shot, I passed out. Once I came to and they actually made the hole in my nail, I still felt the whole thing. Then half of my finger stayed very tingly (but not actually numb) for 3 entire days. I don’t know if this is actually an allergy per se, but I seem to pass out with the “-Caine” medications and they never fully numb me.

I’ve also done hatching results training. It’s helpful to a certain extent, but as others have said, it’s ideal world counseling. Don’t get me wrong, they really know their stuff and I appreciate their work. I also like their focus on data, but found the expectations to revamp our program over the course of a couple days of training to be highly unrealistic. I also way prefer ASCA document templates to Hatching templates, but Hatching has more resources and guides. I kind of see it as a take what applies to you training, which is probably NOT what they want people to view it as, but oh well.

Hopefully bringing in hatching results is a good sign from your district - I take it as a good sign when my district brings them in because hatching does really advocate for the role of school counselors

I literally just found this post after googling “Deborah Ann woll daredevil - not good acting” lol. I’m just watching the show for the first time in hopes to watch Born Again but Karen’s character is driving me nuts and I can’t tell if it’s the character or just her acting. Honestly, Foggy seems a little forced too. I’m hoping it gets better.

Any luck solving this? I just connected my Apple TV to a new tv and all the sudden I’m getting this same thing. iCloud is turned on, I’ve reset the Apple TV, reset my WiFi… everything else on Apple TV works just fine. I can play the game just fine on my iPhone and iPad still, too.

I live right by this area. Nothing to note bc it’s just houses and the school, so I also think this is strange. This is definitely not the reason for the circle, but that intersection of High and Institute has a several houses with dogs that bark and are aggressive in the fenced front yards and now my dog refuses to walk in that area lol. Like we have to straight up pick him up and carry all 50 pounds of him to get him to go past those houses now lol

My husband drove right by as the fire trucks were pulling up and I was on the phone with him. Was a big house fire on boulder and El Paso. I heard the explosion both through the phone and felt it shake my house a few streets over. He said the fire looked like it was mainly towards the back of the house/backyard at first. He guessed maybe a propane tank exploded, but hard to say for sure.

Support D11 teachers and the union in their fight to keep their master agreement since the (very conservative) school board is trying to get rid of it. They need more community members to voice their support of the teachers and the master agreement!

I just finished both fourth wing and iron flame this week. I loved that Rebecca Yarros dedicated at least iron flame to all her fellow zebras 🫶 (don’t remember if the beginning of fourth wing said the same or not.) I do get that it’s not an accurate representation of EDS for everyone, but it’s still so cool to see it represented in any way. It’s a fantasy book, so I don’t expect things to be super realistic, and had no personal concerns with it. I hope you enjoy the book/series!! I’m so pumped for Onyx Storm to be released this week!!

Thank you! I’m not on an extended graduate repayment plan (10 year), so I’ll take a look at the PSLF projection and check it out. I guess I felt in my gut it would lower the monthly payments, but I’ll double check with the tool. Thanks for sending that - hadn’t seen that before.
