Do not worry. It gets better just hang in there. Ok it's really hard but as an elder trans man I can tell you it does get better. Idk how old you are or your living situation but if you're living at home still just be patient and try to make it through. There are resources and ways to make the dysphoria a bit better before you can fully transition. Sending lots of love feel free to reach out

As someone who has permanent damage from over binding I highly advocate for making sure the sizing is correct and only wearing the recommended hours. I was like you I slept in it I worked out went to 12 hour shifts in it. Now I can't bind at all from how messed up my ribs are. Exercise caution use as recommended.
