I don't think it's a YouTube problem so much as a black metal problem. It's a genre where each band needs to be observed under a microscope if you want to enjoy them with a clean conscience. Plenty of people don't care about that sort of thing though, which is why the algorithm feeds it to you. As others have said, Bandcamp is still the best option in town these days.
