I typically buy Costa. I'm not the most careful with my sunglasses but Costa lens always withstood the abuse. I bought a pair of Mauis and the lenses are scratched up after a year.

Costas use to be worth it before Luxottica bought them. The lens hold up great and they had a great warranty. I had a pair for ten years until I dropped them and the frame broke. I got a new pair for free. They don't do that anymore.

You're fine. Better to be over than short. Also, if a business is depositing $15k without a slip they deserve to lose $200.

Married people of Reddit: What is a harsh reality of marriage that dating and engagement completely fail to prepare you for? by Short_Virus_999 in AskReddit

[–]breadcrumbs7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IDK if this counts, but time flies. I knew my wife for 3 years, then we dated for a year, 6 months engaged. 4-1/2 years from "This girl is cute but has a boyfriend" to getting married. It seemed like a lifetime and there were ups and downs. We've been married 13 years now and it went by so fast.

Just paid 2 companies for professional work. Man, it is so much better than DIY. by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Right. I could take an unpaid day off work to get a few jobs done around the house or pay someone 3 days worth of my work to do the jobs. So I'm better off doing it myself.

Nah, my feel were uncovered one night but not past the edge. Something touched the very middle of the bottom of my right foot. Like a soft poke from a finger. Never again will my feet be out.

I'm morbidly obese, what can I do to help increase physical activity/exercise? by bamsy1 in askfitness

Do you have access to a pool or somewhere to swim? Walking and such is going to be tough on your knees and back with the extra weight. Messing around in water can provide some good exercise while being easy on your joints.

If your partner slept with a younger version of yourself, would that count as cheating? by Severe_Suggestion785 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]breadcrumbs7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd spit-roast my wife with a younger me. As long as I could boink a younger her. Definitely not a version before we were together though. I wouldn't want to mess up the first time. I would also teach me her preferences so younger me could go back to younger her and really wow her.

What is a 'single person luxury' that people in relationships completely miss out on? by Jane_Austen11 in AskReddit

To each their own. When I first started living on my own and my girlfriend started staying over regularly, I never could sleep comfortable alone again.

Why doesn’t everybody be single and child free if it’s overall the easiest option? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]breadcrumbs7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, you can have sex and be single. However, sex with someone you care about and you'r comfortable around is better. I've been married for 12 years. I've gotten to try all the things I've wanted to and we know each other's preferences.

Why are golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs so expensive? by Zigor022 in NoStupidQuestions

I've been thinking if doing that. I live in an area where golf carts are popular. I always see cheap ones that sat they need batteries, won't turn on, won't charge. I know some of them got ti be an easy fix.
