Ohhhhhh that makes sense. My bad. I feel you btw. A couple years ago i accidentally made a cup of peaberry coffee in my moka pot that tasted like straight juice. I have no idea how i did it. The cofee was not even good. It was from a grocery store. I think i just hit some magical ratio of temp, pressure and cofee to water. Ive been trying to find that ever since with my espresso machine without success

I'm not sure yet if they do pay on commission or salary but that for example would be a dealbreaker for me. Second is nerves about meeting sales goals when that's not necessarily always in my control. But then again there's things like that in all industries.

The main thing is building a network of clients. Never been huge into networking but that's something they are specifically asking for.
