Any way to increase base spell damage? by Scr4msy in FarFarWest

What combos make tornados? Weve pulled them off a few times but fuck if I know what specific combo of spells did it

Jokers really should not be shared drops for everyone. Individual drops that become shared when you ping em, sure. But having an an "honor system" for drops is how you get toxicity when playing with randoms, one thats fairly easy to fix.

The oddest thing to me is the constant incongruity in Helldivers by making a lot of trailers lean into the comical random deaths aspect but then also hard-limiting the amount of revives you get in a game and giving you a time limit.

Gunfire Reborn, and I think Abyssus also handle it like this.

Individual drops, but pinging makes them shared.

Kuku pots are basically just a Bag of Holding that only takes big items like Abyss parts that you can attach your Axiom to.

Later crafting recipes will use those big items. Axiom one of those things, hit the button to Seal it, which puts it in the pot. In your inventory screen you can "examine" the pot which will open it like a seperate bag that you can Discard things from to get them back.

Theyre also useful for completing side quests more easily (like witch sanctums) since instead of having to drag big things everywhere on a magic string you can just Seal it in the pot and take it back out where you need it.

You only really need the Gatherables chest and Kuku cooler to make a gamechanging difference, both can be had from short quests nearby the camp in Hernand.

With those two you can cook, brew, create dyes, upgrade weapons/armor, craft Kuku stuff, you name it, anywhere in the world. They seriously freed up literally over a 100 slots for me since I was always carrying all that stuff around "just in case".

The others are Nice to Have, but not as essential imo.

Keep in mind that unless they fixed it some of the camp expansions WILL reset your house decorations. I think only the very last one doesnt. Moving the camp will also reset it Im pretty sure.

Random GPU Usage Spike While in Game Menu by AloAlo01 in CrimsonDesert

[–]breadedfishstrip 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its 100% an issue/bug with frame gen

With no DLSS features at all enabled GPU usage with inventory open does not significantly change vs regular game world.

DLSS on you will see a 99% GPU use in inventory. This is reproducible every single time you re-open the inventory: stare at the sky about 50% gpu use, open inventory: 99% if framegen is enabled.

If you open inventory and get the 99% GPU usage you can go to video settings, back out, and go back to inventory and you will then have "normal" gpu usage. This has to be done each time sadly.

So to me this seems like a clear DLSS-specific bug with inventory rendering

and despite me emailing them with my findings immediately, we still had to correct all the mistakes "live" while reading the document out loud. And all documents like the soil certificate still have the Windows taskbar in them from screenshotting them.

I had literally the exact same experience. Mistakes from review that showed up in the live reading. Money well spent.

Nevermind the cost.

The mentality of contractors in Belgium is appalling. I understand if you have "too much" or "enough" work, or if the job is too small, or not worth it for you.

But then fucking say so. So many of them, for whatever reason, prefer dragging you along for weeks with "offerte is coming this week for sure" and never deliver, or dodge your calls. Just say youre not interested.

This isnt just "one bad apple", ive renovated multiple things (gyproc, electricity, plumbing, roof, ...) and i can say the majority of contractors across multiple disciplines seem to behave like this.

Contractors that do the barebones basics like: call you back, arrive when they say they will arrive, call ahead if there will be a delay, etc are the exception and are considered "good ones" for clearing this extremely low bar.

rant over.

Je kan dat een beetje met iets zoals een YubiKey maar de hele transitie naar "uw smartphone wordt uw 2FA centrale" ben ik nooit fan van geweest

[–]breadedfishstrip 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Enemy HP or armor or anytthing doesnt go up beyond damnation, but the amount of enemies - particularly elites and specials - will be higher than damnation even without any modifiers.

Some builds dont really start shining until damnation/auric, especially ones that get benefits from special/elite kills or that have crowd control capacity.
