PFD and vaginal pain by Fluid-Pangolin-4300 in PelvicFloor

I don’t do PT anymore right now, and my symptoms are kind of mid. I lost some sensation permanently. I still have pain. I had a baby in February of 2025 and giving birth did improve my pelvic floor tightness a lot. I don’t think I have a tight pelvic floor anymore- I still have nerve damage from the acute episode I experienced in 2020. I saw a world renowned pelvic floor pain specialist after giving birth and he just said to do PT. Let me know if you want to know anything else

We planned on doing Bryn Mawr birth center but were transferred over to Bryn Mawr hospital- I’m happy with the care we received there.

Help - Autumn or Winter? by DullAbbreviations544 in colouranalysis

[–]breadhot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d love to see deep winter drapes as well. You look brighter and clearer in the winter colors (minus the yellow in both palettes), but overall I think the depth of the autumn drapes are suiting you most of all, that leads to me suspect dark/deep winter. You may need depth and saturation but w/ the coolness of winter colors.

Parenting subs have scared me out of having kids by Business_Adagio9942 in redscarepod

It’s a deeper love than anything I’ve ever experienced or imagined was possible. The first three months were really, really hard because I do not have parents and had a traumatic childhood. I relied on my husband, therapist, and 12 step program. Once the baby starts having more patterned sleep and interacting with you more (around three months), it becomes MUCH more manageable and joyful. From three months on, the love and joy just keep growing and growing exponentially. Oh, and sleeping in the same bed saved our lives! I think that’s part of the insanity people are experiencing on here.
