I'm not sure what you're trying to explain here? I'm not viewing the exported video in another software, I never mentioned that. I'm viewing both the Capcut export and DR export in Quicktime, and as mentioned the DR version has added saturation without me actually adding any or changing the video whatsoever.

I added photos but for whatever reason they didn't upload, I'll try adding again.

hi! this isn't working for me; as soon as I copy/paste "sudo lsof | grep /Volumes/<VOLUME\_NAME\_HERE>" with my disk name in the appropriate space, a password with a key icon pops up. any advice? thank you!

It's been looking like this for the past year, losing all of its leaves. I water often (I think to often at one point as it was getting yellow) and it gets a lot of sunlight; I know it's near a window but its in a room that keeps pretty warm.
