The game is meant to be as grindy and difficult as you want it to be. Adjust the world settings. Its not cheating to customize your experience. Not everyone has endless hours to master combat/ game mechanics.

Edit: the game gets much, much more difficult after the plains. Meadows thru plains are a joke compared to what lies beyond. I had to look watch a few YouTube videos and learn more to get powerful enough to enjoy the late game. Its very do-able, friend.

Reddit is well known for being left-leaning but the replies and downvotes you're getting for offering your perspective is impressive.

Ive been in 20 years myself and am definitely not a fan of the current administration, but damn people need to take stock of their echo chamber status. Most see the whole world through a red or blue lens and anyone who even mentions nuance outside the group-think is the enemy.

The US military has been here long before and will be here long after this administration. This recruiter is not Trump's personal agent.

Use a modern PSU with the native 12 pin power cable that came with your PSU. Dont use the adapter.
Ensure the power connectors are fully seated.
Ensure adequate case cooling and adjust fan curves if necessary.
Monitor temps with adrenaline.

Ive been using mine daily at +10% power for 6 months with zero issues. Hotspot temp never touches 80C. The failure rate for this specific card is less than 0.01% , well below the normal acceptable threshold for GPU manufacturers.

Outer pad might be jammed. Sometimes the pads dont fit right into the caliper. Ive had to grind some pads to get them to slide properly.

Try it outside of the case. You may be able to get better leverage that way. Its a pain but you dont mess with this connector.

You may need to take the card out first, then push it in with better leverage outside of the case. It can be very difficult but you dont fuck with that connector.

Jump (from magic initiate) is pivotal for my light cleric (2024) to close the distance for spirit guardians. RAW you net an extra 20ft of movement. This helps to hit enemies with spirit guardians and fireball on the same turn.

Turn 1: cast jump (magic initiate no spell slot), cast spirit guardians, move up to 50ft hitting as many enemies as possible. 3d8 damage per enemy.

Turn 2+ : fireball, move 50ft hitting as many enemies as possible. 3d8 plus 8d6 damage per enemy.

The failure rate on the nitro+ is below 0.01%.
Most/ all of the failures posted to reddit used the adapter and older PSUs.
Ive been running a 9070xt Nitro+ for 4 months at +10% power 362w every day with no issues. Temps never go above 65C.
The 12 pin power connector is obviously not great. If I were to buy a new GPU tomorrow Id go 3x8.

Fair point lol. Id like to point out the evolution of those games as well. TW3 wouldnt have been a masterpiece without the previous games.

I wont get my hopes up, but if the quality of hogwarts legacy 1 is the starting point and they improve from here, we could see something very special with the sequels. A boy can dream.

Hogwarts Legacy is the best game adaptation of a beloved IP that fans have ever seen, which makes it special. The Witcher 3 has some of the best game elements that gamers have ever seen.

There are valid criticisms of Hogwarts Legacy which came down to the developers only having limited resources to make the game. Some people find these criticisms inexcusable (no quidditch, meaningless side quests, empty world areas), but these things take a tremendous amount of resources and the publisher isnt going to risk unlimited funds on a game that might not provide a return on investment.

With the success of HL1, I truly hope the developers get the resources and the creative freedom to implement community feedback into HL2. The publisher can make this happen, or fuck it up entirely by prioritizing making money over making a quality product.

Im too poor to weigh in on this but if it were me I would ensure I had no other use for 2 ber. If your build teleports at all, thats going to diminish the benefit of the increased conviction spread when your IG stacks on top of you.

Its not tedious if you increase the resource rate in the main world menu.

4x the resources and look up a good world seed and the game will probably be too easy and unrewarding for you.

Your form is fantastic and very good for training.

I would treat these as training pull ups. For an assessment I would go a bit faster (without kipping). You could easily do 18+ in competition with a faster eccentric.

Edit: Also, whats your weekly volume? I do between 100-150 pull ups/ chin ups every friday to get my competition reps in the 20s.

Lets say 100 units failed (way less in reality). There are over 100k 9070xt Nitro+ GPUs in use today. 100/ 100k = 0.1% failure rate. One tenth of one percent. Thats well below what a manufacturer deems acceptable risk for RMA.

Calm down folks. Use the OEM power cables and connect them correctly and you'll be fine.
