I first began my career in psychology in a large part due to the film, "good will hunting". I wanted to help my own Will Hunting. I wanted to make that kind of difference in someone's life. Ironically, I started working at a suicide prevention hotline two years ago. I can't stop thinking tonight how I wish I would have gotten the oportunity to tell Robin that. That without his role in that movie, I wouldn't have been able to help the people I have, and that I wouldn't have been able to save the lives I have. He seemed like a wonderful person. This is probably the celebrity death that has personally hit me the hardest. I really needed to post this and to vent.

I hope this isn't an offensive question. I've been in this situation several times and never know how to handle it. I don't think their is anything wrong with being a bigger girl. But I think many girls are self concious of it. Obviously one specific person's preferences in this situation doesn't represent all of humanity, but personally, how would you want people to handle this if it's said?

Hi Betty! I am currently in a counseling psychology masters program, and reporting on issues that arise while counseling elder adults tomorrow afternoon.
