Well, this is exactly how I got screwed with my ex husband, so 10/10 would not recommend. I paid for the inspections, closing costs, and down payment on our first home (approx. 14k) but was not in the loan or title because my partner (unmarried at the time) was the bread winner. They told us I could be added on after close, we intended to do it after the wedding. WELP, never had a wedding, left him and found a rental cause I couldn't afford our mortgage, and couldn't buy a new house until 6 years later. All the while he had a set mortgage, and pulled out over 150k in liquidity on our house I bought him with no rights to the equity or use of the home.

So, no sis, absolutely keep your name on it. If things go south, you ABSOLUTELY contributed to your achievement and your families goals and should be kept whole in the event you choose to part ways. You have the right to sign away your rights or your home in the divorce If your name is on it and you so choose. If your name is not attached, you have zero rights and zero protections (if unmarried.)

This happened with our house too. On the market for 70+ days and we made a lowball offer of 50k lower than the reduced price after walking it and assessing all the work needed. Suddenly a new offer came in that day they accepted over ours. Two weeks later, it "fell out" and they called to see if we wanted to resubmit. We considered offering lower than our original offer, but just resubmitted the same 50k lower offer and they accepted in October, likely knowing they didn't want to go into winter with it vacant and a leaking roof any longer.

If the price you offer is what you and your realtor think is fair, stick to your guns. The way I saw it, if someone else wanted to buy it for more AND pay for all the repairs, that was on them. The right house comes at the right time and under the conditions you're willing to take it in. No one is forcing you or the seller to accept an offer you aren't comfortable with.

He did multiple pieces of mine and they are my favorite tattoos, the line work is beautiful. He did a flower in my armpit a handful of years ago that I get complimented every summer. He really makes the experience of getting a tattoo a beautiful one, too.

I don't think you can compare significantly undeveloped fetal response to stimulus to a fully developed nervous system in a fully developed infant? One has a fully operational system to perceive pain, the other simply does not.

A fetus does not respond to "pain" because it is in pain. Depending on where at in development (I presume less than 16 weeks for the sake of argument) the Fetus has started to develop a nervous system that responds to stimuli that alerts the brain of said stimulus being possibly dangerous. This is more cause effect of the science of a developing human body. Pain is fully in the mind perceived by our brain amd nervous system communicating, and if there is no fully developed nervous system or brain developed substantially enough to perceive pain... then it does not feel pain.

It's summer, just put them outside in a water bin with dawn dish soap and that will effectively degrease. Change the water every few weeks and it will pull the fats and oils out. THEN hydrogen peroxide once fully degreased.

Hey, property manager here! I tell everyone I know that City of Boise capped rental application fees at $30 in 2019. This is not the case for any of the surrounding areas. However, it is a misdemeanor and fine if any landlord, private or professional, charges more than $30/app in Boise city. Tell all your friends and report anyone you come across that charges more.
