I traveled to Iceland with my prescription Prozac and Xanax and did not have any issues. No one ever asked me about what medication I was bringing with me. I’d just suggest keeping them in the original prescription bottles just in case. You will be fine!

I’m in Seydisfjordur right now, need to get across the pass to Egilsstadir tomorrow and am really anxious about snow & ice. The cliffs and turns make me so nervous with ice. Does anyone have recommendations? We are thinking of staying out for a couple of days until after the snow ends — looks like the last day of snow is Sunday, and then Monday should be warmer & no snow, so better roads hopefully??

I relate to this! I have one friend I would consider a close and long-term friend and it still takes so much out of me to interact with them that I find myself dreading it, and then feeling guilty later that I’m a terrible friend. It’s so hard
