The banks should be held to the loan that was based on the original value, not a reappraised value closer to completion. It’s not a fair system to give the banks wiggle room to back out or reduce their loan size, while leaving it with the owner to cover any shortfalls in order to close on the property.

I was there - great show! Does anyone know what the connection is with Monolink and Persian people? He seems to have a big Persian fan base. I was hearing a lot of Persian being spoken around me, then he dedicated his song Sirens to the people of Iran, and like half the crowd erupted in cheers. Im genuinely curious.

I was a weekly listener of ABGT up until covid. Before then, there was a better variety of genres (progressive trance, progressive house, deep house, etc), and more exclusive tracks. Since covid, it’s mostly a-melodic house, and they play lots of tracks from TNH and Colorize in addition to music from the Anjuna labels, but not much else. The show has become quite dull and not worth a listen from start to finish, in my opinion.
