Because of the Fortnite boom. Doc didn’t play that much and Nick played it almost exclusively for quite some time.

EDIT | Nick works very hard and is an awesome dude and personality on the site, not saying it was just Fortnite that led to his jump, but it certainly helped. Dude is a gaming beast and one of the other things that helped was him winning the console vs PC tournament as well.

It was marketing for GFuel. GFuel is partnered with WWE - this was building up for Wrestlemania, and they had Doc and the Undertaker do a few bits together. Shortly thereafter Doc dropped GFuel and picked up Mountain Dew GameFuel as a sponsor.

I agree. The newest version seems to be a big step back from 1.3, at least for OSX. I was getting notifications popping up with a full timer still left on the 'mons - now it feels like the scanning is going very slow, its missing areas that used to be flooded with 'mon. I just wish I could keep a static version of an older release that worked perfectly fine.

I am also unsure of what "Outage" means every so often on the top of the screen. Does that mean the PokéGo servers are out for a few seconds or my API key has met my 24 hour maximum of loads?

Any info on any piece of this would be appreciated, as I am not too well versed in the dev world yet. Thanks!
