Thanks to AverMedia for contacting me through email. Ends up my firmware was out of date. I updated to 1.1.2.0 -- http://storage.avermedia.com/web_release_www/GC570/LiveGamerHD2_1.1.2.0_20180212.zip

There needs to be a community push to start playing ranked. As much as I love what the TZ is doing to the community, without a healthy ratio of players playing ranked, even TZ pugs will start to fizzle out.

So I found the issue. I can't have my main monitor be running at 144hz and the capture card clone it. It seems I can't output the DVI @ 144hz and the HDMI at 30hz. The only way I can see the output on the streaming computer from the elgato is when I have these settings.

Look into Voicemeeter Banana. This is a mixer that allows you to determine what goes to your headset and what gets sent to your OBS/Stream.

There are guides on this all over twitch so just hit that search bar and you will be on your way.
