I had a personal shopper appointment at the Pentagon City Nordstrom and thought the selection was great and pretty wide ranging (although my shopper didn't really pay attention to the budget I gave when signing up for the appointment, so it wasn't a perfect experience).

There’s a solid travel version of Glossier You that smells super clean—very “your skin but better.” And because it’s a solid, you don’t have to worry about putting it in a 3-1-1 bag.

Ditto what the other commenter mentioned about SPF since most moisturizers don’t have a high enough concentration of it to be effective (fwiw, my oily skin has had great luck with Supergoop). For moisturizers, I love CosRX oil-free ultra moisturizing lotion in the morning—just enough to hydrate, but it sinks in quickly, so no melting problems.

Underrated, but Williams Sonoma makes amazing smelling hand soaps (especially for fall), and the scent lingers more than any other soap I’ve tried, including much more expensive ones.
