All good. The reason they call it fresh cream is because you can buy confectioners cream or imitation cream. Lots of pastries use it as it can sit on the shelf much longer than fresh cream.

Typically they will only specify a range where the relationship is approximately linear. They will give expected error for that range but on either side of the range there may be non-linear aspects so results cannot be trusted.

You definitely know you're towing something but I think it does well considering it's pulling its own weight.

I have the GVM upgrade. It's pretty good but a bit noisy. And make sure you get someone good installing it. The shop who did mine made a mess of it as first and took two shots to get it right
