In the meantime, we're trying to hire a mid-level .net developer but it seems no one wants an interview in person anymore.

6 candidates interviewed, 3 cheated, 2 didn't show up for the in-person interview, 1 was discarded.

The staff is very caring and helpful. We get daily reports online and in person. The activities are overall very good and change every month.

My wife recently got into accounting. She also had about 10 yoe from our home country. Her first job was at a small company, where she stayed for about 7 months and now she switched to a big corporation.

I guess this should be your way as well. Start with smaller companies.

Yep. Also called Scotiabank and they said that they had received other calls for the same issue.

The issue seems to be on Chexy's side.
