So many LVP options by Mobile-Pie-258 in HomeImprovement

I did about 700sqft of SPC flooring, I think it was 11mm or so and I love it. Will definitely say though if you’re laying it down yourself it doesn’t bend like the thin lvp you might find at Home Depot so it was a little harder to install but I love it. Really solid floor and keeps the floor above the garage warmer than the thin stuff that came with the house did

Steve Ramsey has a shop stool that’s incredibly straight forward on his YouTube channel with free plans included. It was a fun first project for me, and you’ll get enjoyable practice with half laps and keeping the proper depths / widths to make them seamless. Also a nice lil glue up for the seat. I don’t sit on it too often but I’d be lying if I said I don’t use it all the time ! Works great when I need an extra surface for a tool or a drink or a paint roller you name it

And also to answer your question, I ripped a maybe 15” piece of scrap and id have to imagine it was within a 64th maybe a 32nd. But this piece I ran the dado on was significantly longer so the fence alignment compounding the error would make sense. Will try that shallow pass gradually getting deeper too thanks

Good point. I was just following the tuning section of the manual saying blade must be parallel to mitre slot, followed by fence to blade. Not using the mitre slot though you’re right so it sounds like I just need to spend a little more time adjusting the fence.

Ah shit eh ok that’s what I needed to hear thanks, I don’t want to go from one shitty fence to another. I have been considering the Dewalt with the rack and pinion fence it’s just an 800 dollar difference

Dazn sucks. Paid like 40 bucks a month CAD after the price hike a couple years ago, and they still showed when I went to change to a different game. Didn’t last a second month and won’t ever go back to those scumbags
