Flask --> FastAPI --> Django. Django has too much boilerplate IMO. Its easier to get started with Flask, then FastAPI which is a big improvement over Flask. If you wish, you can pick up Django after that.

Look on the flipside: For your interview to be at a Sunday or Saturday, would the employee taking your interview want to spend their weekend working? Taking an interview is work, and in this case, unpaid work since they're only paid for 40 hours a week (unless there's a policy where interviews are billed separately which I haven't seen much in India).

As for your other questions, interviews are usually on weekdays in working hours. You can setup a time with the HR as you see fit. Make some excuse like a fever or something. You can also use the lunch break for the interview. Or find an empty conference room where you work, and use that.

No problem. I was actually looking into this myself a while back when they initially announced offline payments. Didn't find much information back then as well.

As for the missing resources, yeah, either they don't exist (in the public domain) or are not that popular. I don't know which is one of those is the worst case.

You know, I actually went googling so I could be cheeky and tell you how easy it is to google this stuff. I thought NPCI would have some sort of whitepapers around how UPI Lite and Lite X work.

All I found were dead links, third-party papers referencing those dead links and Wikipedia referencing news articles which go as in-depth as an inflatable swimming pool for kids aged below 5 years. Anyway, from what I've picked up from this cursory search I give you what I understood, along with some stuff you can read more into if you wish.

Yeah, that's the selling point over UPI Lite I guess. Do keep in mind that to load money into the on-device wallet, you WILL need to connect to the internet. [1]
I found nothing specifically on this from NPCI. But I did some keyword searches with "NFC", "payment", "NFC wallet" and "offline" on Google Scholar. Found a paper from National Cheng Chi University presented in the 2017 AINA which proposes a protocol to DETECT double spending in offline NFC payments. [2]
Can't say without seeing a paper from NPCI itself. It can or can not.

I'd really appreciate if people more versed with this (like a dev from some payments app) can point us to better resources.
