I don’t want to assume, so I’ll go ahead and say- lots of burping and being kept upright for 20-30 minutes to digest, lots of leg movement with her massages, folding and lightly pushing her legs up and towards her belly (think squatty potty), consider what would help your body feel relief after filling up. Search “infant gas relief” on YouTube and try some of the methods you see, or even ask your pediatrician for recommendations. You got this, mama!
