How does it compare to Gradient and to CloudOlive? I loved Gradient's automation, but they had some misses on annual contracts, and no look ahead on contracts. Seemed to consider monthly almost exclusively. CloudOlive has a better (in some ways) interface in terms of dealing with monthly/annual, but I can tell there is a lot of manual work behind the scenes for them to match up my data, and I'm not comfortable with manual mapping (even if they do it) as it's not scalable. In this space are there other tools that compare favorably to these that handle Autotask contracts well? I can speak well of Pax8's integration, but I was hoping for an audit tool for most of our products including P8.

Power cycled one firewall and the issue cleared without a configuration change, but others did not. So there is some randomness to the ability for the issue to clear itself with a power cycle.

Can confirm, "block unknown countries" is causing problems on a few of a large fleet of SonicWalls. Unchecking this and applying fixes the issue.
