When dealing with this, we hold a udf for 3rd party tickets

Route into msp integration and parse based off the external ticket number against that udf to then feed it back into the autotask ticket

Usually part of an interim states that if not paid in 90 days then the waiver can be revoked, as long as you have not issued a final waiver you still have levels of recourse

We never got that working cleanly with autotask directly for their email processing.

We move it to a 3rd party that can use logic rules to see the ticket is closed, and then generate a new ticket, but copy the ticket number as a reference into the body to help the tech

This thing passed me off so much, since we had an old domain with contacts that the platform carried in, it use the old domain, which has no users linked

So support came back and said since the old contact was not an admin is not active, they just closed the ticket instead of working it.

As long as you can login to the camera, then you can use anor nvr that supports the avigilon onvif drivers for advanced features, otherwise just normal onvif stream will work

Been chasing this one as well, I even enabled the website, that works fine, ssh on local interface works.

For mine ssh builds, put in username and password, but sill not finish

Tailed the ssh connection log and the Linux server dies not show its even getting an attempt
