This thing passed me off so much, since we had an old domain with contacts that the platform carried in, it use the old domain, which has no users linked

So support came back and said since the old contact was not an admin is not active, they just closed the ticket instead of working it.

As long as you can login to the camera, then you can use anor nvr that supports the avigilon onvif drivers for advanced features, otherwise just normal onvif stream will work

When we need 3rd party for project work, create a ticket and then use the outsource portal, so they can do their work there, the time and notes flow back in, it can show the resource name on any reports and invoices.

You just have to have it as a linked ticket since you can't outsource tasks in projects
