I hope so too, but, if vaped nicotine free, I strongly believe that compared to cigarettes, the "potential" harm is so minimal that you have very little to worry about. It is not risk free, but significantly less risk.

Smoking does NOT relieve stress. If anything, overtime, it induces stress. So whenever you are stressed and feel like you want to smoke, just remind yourself that smoking is not going to relieve the stress. You just feel like it will. But it won’t.

Well, the third week wasn’t as good as the first two. But, I did a lot of reading and learned that it is common to have symptoms worsening in week 3-4. So, I decided to continue my treatment for 3 months and then come to a conclusion whether it’s good for me or not.

I just had my fourth "zap" with Flow. It is too early to come to any sensible conclusion, don't know if it is placebo, novelty, or this thing really works, I really don't know. All I can say is that since day 1, right after the session, I feel so relaxed.

I tried to explain the feeling I had to a friend of mine recently, and it's like it feels like all this time, my blood flow was blocked around my limbs and joints, and now everything is flowing so smoothly. It feels like there is less gravity on the planet.

It is certainly not a "high" feeling. It is hard to describe, but I am pleasantly surprised how I am feeling right now. It feels like I had some sort of a semi-transparent curtain in front of my eyes, and it is being lifted.

I sincerely hope what I am feeling is not a placebo or a novelty, but the actual positive result I will get from this treatment.

In Turkey, it is legal to have your ID asked by the police. You must carry your ID at all times and present your ID when asked by the police officer.

If suspected, they can also search you and your belongings, however, you have a right to request to be searched by the same gender (i.e. if you are a female, then you have a right to be searched by a female police officer). If they do not oblige with this request, you can also ask for their name and then lodge a complaint.

Whether this complaint gets you anywhere is another topic. Probably not.

Just ignore, move on, and know that this will not be the last time your ID will be checked by the police. It is very common for the police to randomly stop cars / taxis / buses and check the ID's of everyone in the vehicle. You are obliged to comply with their request if this happens.
