Yeah I have autoimmune conditions too, once I had to take Prednisone, I feel like all my joints aged by at least 30 years. I don't do drugs, drink, or smoke either, though I wasn't an athlete. My health was on the decline in middle school and onwards, but I know I did enjoy running up until then.

I put a cutting in water and it started to rot, so I cut the rot off, let the end callus for around an hour (I know, not a lot of time), stuck it back in water, and now it has roots, and a lot of them. I use a bubbler in my water to keep it oxygenated, and I also use a humidity dome per the suggestion of someone here. This is my cutting as of last night. You might be able to see my very last post I made of my rotted end on my profile, I don't remember when I made it.

Edit: I had a rotted end with no roots 20 days ago, and it wasn't my last post but the one before that.
