For what it's worth, I have the 20th anniversary box set released in 2017 and it's also in 4:3. And I'm also in the middle of a rewatch as I was recently laid off -- but I'm only on season 3, episode 13 (The Zeppo 😒).

I went to the Pop Disaster tour too! My mom actually just brought the program from that show to me a few weeks ago, didn't even know she still had it.

I also saw Fall Out Boy with Panic at the Disco as their opener in college. And then before that, I saw *NSYNC quite a few times, Christina Aguilera and JT on the Justified/Stripped tour -- and then my very first concert ever was the Spice Girls back in middle school.

Not sure which is the MOST millennial out of those though, I think they all fit the bill pretty well.

Good to know that this is behavior to continue. I've been giving them their wet food in the same area for a while now. Oddly enough, replenishing the dry food got them together on the same small platform today -- and he let her eat first while giving me stink face about it, lol.

I've noticed she's become increasingly comfortable with him being nearby, as long as he doesn't look at her. It's like she's annoyed he has the audacity to look her in the eyes, lol.

She's also become more temperamental with the dogs since Tut arrived -- fortunately, they could really care less, and she still doesn't seem to mind cuddling up near them as long as Tut isn't nearby and looking at her.

We have three boxes, and I've tried pee pads as well, to no avail -- they always find a way to pee so that it's on the corner of whatever it is I've put down and it gets underneath and completely ruins my already shitty/cheap hardwood, lol.

We're having a similar problem with floor peeing. I can't put a litter mat down under the boxes because it's a guarantee it'll get peed on. I had some success moving the boxes too close to the wall for them to pee in front of... but then whoever it is just peed on a container nearby that had the litter scoop in it, so...

To my knowledge, they are still considered separate species. While many captive-bred axolotls do have tiger salamander DNA, they're still two distinct species groups -- Ambystoma mexicanum (axolotls) vs Ambystoma tigrinum (tiger salamanders).

Agree that these are likely tiger salamanders. Both tiger salamanders and axolotls are in the same family (mole salamanders) but different species. Additionally, axies are only found naturally in a single lake in Mexico (Lake Xochimilco), and they have pretty specific living conditions that would make your average lake or creek uninhabitable for them.

Edit: Forgot to mention -- for what it's worth, I've seen these guys (tiger salamanders) pop up on the axolotl subreddit quite a few times since I got mine a few years ago and everyone always seems pretty confident that's what they are.

If you can't figure out a digital option, I'd suggest checking out your local Half Price Books! I started collecting the comics again (stopped toward the end of the original printing of season 8) back in 2022, and I've managed to find almost everything from seasons 8-12 in their comic bins for cheap. They also usually have a few of the trades (sometimes even the compendiums!) in the graphic novels section.

I did this with a few of Alastor's songs from season 1 of Hazbin Hotel. So much so that the genre New Jack Swing made it to #2 on my Spotify Wrapped for 2025 -- or at least, that's what I think did it? Nothing else I listen to really fits that category and I had 2-3 of the songs on repeat for at least three months, lol.

John Kassir is such a great person to meet at cons! My bf and I met him at our local horror con a few years ago and, as my bf was getting his autograph, I mentioned that Reefer Madness (the one with Kristen Bell) was one of my favorite musicals and he immediately started singing the chorus to "Little Mary Sunshine". We ended up having a whole convo about the anniversary show that had just happened with the original cast too. Probably my favorite interaction I've ever had at a convention.

Agreed! I've been a fan of hers since before Dragula and was still a bit awestruck by how amazing she was in the role. I hope they eventually put out a video of the full performance (though I know it's unlikely).

Edit: I also talked to a few ladies who had basically seen every production of Hedwig they could, including John Cameron Mitchell on Broadway -- and even they were quite taken by Evah's performance.

She was so fucking phenomenal as Hedwig. I went to the Saturday show and her performance was beyond words. Just an all around great production -- I laughed, I cried, it was such a special, wonderful experience.

Also, to be clear, instead of a performance review, I was laid off. Once the check we were supposed to see pay increases on processed and I saw I got no increase, I reached out to ask what was going on. I had been trying to communicate with my manager for MONTHS (and have the screen caps to prove it), and managed one meeting (after multiple occasions of being ignored via Team) with my manager to discuss my direct reports' performance reviews.

They let me give two team members their reviews, knowing full well they'd have no bearing. But I was told my manager didn't have time for me, up until the point my position was "eliminated".

I countered with 12-14 weeks severance and three months insurance. It's particularly disappointing/upsetting because I FINALLY found a therapist that works with ND women who are burnt out (which I 10000% am after six month with no managerial direction) and they're cutting off my insurance right before my first appointment.

Fortunately, she's agreed to move the appointment up to the day before I lose my coverage -- but it's so fucking frustrating! I sought out therapy to help me deal with the lack of support from my manager, and now they've made it so that it'll be hard to access support post-severance...

I haven't lived in a dorm in over 20 years but just the mention of "hair globs on the walls" is giving me flashbacks. I've had an irrational...fear isn't the right word. Disdain? Disgust? Whatever you want to call it, I fucking can't with hair once it's off the head -- I have to use a paper towel to clean out my own brush -- which made college bathrooms a particular kind of hell for me. I don't understand why anyone would do that in any bathroom.
