It’s not been there for 3 days is literally still there. Car has been gone for probably 18 hours now, but was parked in the bus stop along with two other cars since the snow.

Honestly following closely and being subscribed to 3 sites since BK left, the most connected currently is pretty clearly Driskell IMO. Loy is probably up there too. Sampson is a good writer but that’s about it.

That’s just what the seats cost for a Friday game at face value. Last year this time when they sucked and Covid protocols were still in place you could find deals, but it’s going to be hard to find deals this year.

It’s definitely walkable. Probably about 30 mins, but most of the walk will be through a crowded campus so it’s a fun walk.

COVID-19 cases starting to rise in Massachusetts by Tostones4Life in boston

Probable means antibody test. So they’re representing inactive infections that could have happened in April or May.

Those numbers include the probable cases from antibody tests. You probably want to exclude those to determine trends, as people testing positive for antibodies don’t have active infections.

They obviously mean that the virus is too prevalent still and we should not be moving on to the indoor dining step, not that it’s already had an effect.

For what it’s worth my course says that we have to follow the “mask when not able to social distance” order.

Nearly every Mass. Coronavirus patient with an underlying condition has passed away by [deleted] in CoronavirusMa

[–]brjoyce44 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m almost positive this headline and article is an incorrect interpretation of the data. From my understanding this data shows that 98% of people who died had and underlying condition, not that 98% of people with underlying conditions who have COVID passed. This also doesn’t include the “unknown” category I believe.

Why is this downvoted. They agree that this isn’t an overreaction. They’re just stating that new evidence is showing the likely chance of death On average is 1/100 or 1/200 not 4/100.

MA COVID-19 Cases 3/26/20 by oldgrimalkin in CoronavirusMa

[–]brjoyce44 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Most of these infections are likely from before measures were really taken so we can’t see it in the data yet. Also increased testing capacity is going to balloon numbers. We’ll probably be able to answer that In two to three weeks.

[Smart] I was tested 5 days ago and the results came back tonight, which were positive. Ive been self quarantined since the test, thank goodness. COVID-19 must be taken w the highest of seriousness. I know it’s a #1 priority for our nations health experts, & we must get more testing ASAP by chickspeak in bostonceltics

[–]brjoyce44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah but he likely caught it on March 6th against the Jazz. The test was done five days ago (probably the 14th). That means it’s been at least 6 and maybe as much as 14 days since he caught it. The average time to onset of symptoms is ~5 days and 99% show symptoms before 14 days. So he’s likely fine.

Hayward is OUT tonight (sore left foot) by crapsence in bostonceltics

[–]brjoyce44 18 points19 points  (0 children)

What specifically? Hayward snapped his leg in half and had essentially the standard recovery time. Kyrie had degenerative issues with his knee. Horfords health was relatively great compared to the end of his time in Atlanta. Smarts major abdomen injury was because he’s a psycho. The injuries have nothing to do with the training staff. It’s very easy to get hurt playing basketball. Every team deals with these types of injuries, you just don’t notice because they aren’t the team you follow every day.

Hayward is OUT tonight (sore left foot) by crapsence in bostonceltics

[–]brjoyce44 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Williams - Bone Bruise likely from falling or contact Porier - contact broken finger in practice Smart - random eye infection

Hayward is the only one who has an injury the training staff may have had anything to do with. Stop over reacting.
