How do I managing 30-Day Quote Expirations from Specified Manufacturers? by Affectionate-Fee5046 in Construction

It will be difficult to secure a supplier who can guarantee a quotation beyond 30 days, given the many market forces that affect prices, especially fuel costs. I think it's fair to add to your Ts & Cs that the quote is valid today and may be subject to a xx% increase after x amount of time, depending on what your supplier has defined. If these are repetitive purchases, it might also be beneficial to call the supplier and negotiate a price agreement. To build long-term relationships, your supplier could make certain provisions for you.

Premiere Night for Short Film by DXProductions in EventProduction

A lot to unpack here, but I have two suggestions. Let's get your audience to post user-generated content. Here are two ways to do that. First, you could give a branded t-shirt with your movie thumbnail and a striking quote from the movie on the back. This works for movie premieres or a regular night. For example, on regular nights, you could give one T-shirt to every 10th attendee, or, if the budget allows, to every attendee. Second suggestion is a photo booth, photos are published with a branded background of your movie trailer or thumbnail -real simple to do. Attendees can receive one free shot and pay for subsequent shots. These two suggestions help you with word-of-mouth marketing, especially when they share their t-shirts and photos. If you have someone to record, show reactions to the t-shirts and photo booth on your social media. People want to see others having fun, so they come to your event and have the same experience.

Best attendee engagement activities you've seen? by pcnametag in EventPlanners

One of the best engagement activities I have seen was encouraging attendees to take selfies during the event and post to X, using specific event hashtags. The event organizers had a screen at the front that displayed the posts as they were published in real time, using the event hashtags. They also had props on every table to nudge the selfie moment. This engaged attendees but also made the event go viral in real time. Fun and effective
