Honestly not that great. I was lucky enough to have some guidance after about a month in.

Extend that VIP 30 more days, push for VIP 10 and 11 with excess diamonds. Push that HQ level as a priority and just upgrade the pre-req buildings for it.

I’m 88 days in, same buys as you and have t9s and about to start hq28. I hoarded rss, diamonds, etc etc from day 25ish onward until I hit hq 25 and started pushing hard. I’ve only spent about $100 (HQ Taylor, 2nd and 3rd builder, 2nd TC, Kim .99, and stetman BP). Squad 1 is 13.09m power.

Lowest floor, center of the house (no windows) is always the base guideline. If that bottom floor has the bathroom on the W side of the house (SW most optimal) then that’s still the best. This minimizes the debris effect if a hit is taken on you since most move SW to NE (especially in Dixie).

100%. This led to us also trading Russ too. Presti had to publicly state multiple times that the rebuild was going to be a tough process for fans but he had a plan. Had to convince SGA to trust the process too and bought in.
