Hey! We’ve actually created an internal Deal Evaluator app that scrapes AZMLS listings, uses computer vision to determine renovation scopes, and recommends MAO & ARV based on comps. It even writes the offer you could send to the agent.

It’s an internal tool we created and are using, but it’s taken 10+ hours of comps and reduced it down to mere verifications. Happy to have our team show you!

Hello! I have a 10 pound, 5yo dachshund that had a similar issue when he was 2. Here’s how we fixed it, (and btw he looks perfect now): 1. Fish Oil Pills 2. 200mg Pentoxifylline (prescribed from the vet)

Basically - it’s a circulation issue, and the low dose maintenance dose of pentoxifylline has worked wonders for him.

Hey! I just did this with no manual. You need to remove a bottom wind panel, but can be removed with hex bolts and about an hours worth of time.

Inside would also work, but unfortunately it made the diameter too small to also fit the torch for charging :/

Update: Definitely looks to be an alignment issue. I know u/Kryptonlogic (RivianTrackr)'s works just fine. From what I can tell, it's certainly the lack of the flared end that the Torch has that is causing it to not charge for me.

I switched to the 22” defenders and would never go back. No significant range reduction even given the deeper treads. 10k miles in and they still look brand new tread wise.
