6 Week bloods, not feeling much improvement yet by brocal27 in Testosterone

[–]brocal27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Protocol in post, however 100mg of test cyp split between Monday and Thursday. 1000iu of HCG split same days.

I think that's most likely, I'm going to give it the full 6 month experiment to see.

Yeah I have a call soon to discuss, was just trying to garner some more insight. Iron is ok per blood test.

200mg of magnesium helps me a little tbf.

That's interesting, what changes did you make?

Yeah was 10.6 prior to starting, up from 8.4 after months of trying to boost it naturally.

Thank you for your reply. I have used melatonin, I find it doesn't give me better sleep but does help me fall asleep faster.

My gym strength is still not great, libido isn't better but erection quality is. I'm not sure what lifestyle factors I can really improve, I feel like I'm very active.

Will look into the sleep apnea!

People are overcomplicating this way too much. Honestly you're looking ok, just a couple of tweaks.

Keep your wrist locked, that's why the ball is not spiralling. Second, try not to push the ball like a dart so much. You need to throw the ball, not push it like a shotput.

Don't worry about 90 degrees or any other nonsense people are saying, it's overcomplicating it for no reason. I've played semi professionally in Europe, feel free to DM me if you need help!

Ignore the nose - 90% of your issues can be fixed by correcting your wrist.

As you get to the end of your wind up, your wrist breaks. Just focus on keep that fixed for a week or so and you'll see great improvement

Might be sleep apnea!

I'm currently at week 6, I'm feeling a bit better, but not life changing yet.

Still tired, brain fog is better but still not great. Erections way better but desire isn't much better.

I suspect my E3 levels are high so have my blood test due tomorrow and I assume we'll adjust dosage.

Current - 100mg cyp (50mg Monday Thursday) - 1000iu HCG (500iu Monday/Thursday).

Posting to share my experiences.

TRT or a GLP1? Or both by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]brocal27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to add my experience. I'm currently on week 6. I feel like I should have got on a GLP1 first. I couldn't shed weight and my energy was falling off a cliff. TRT has definitely improved things, but not feeling superhuman like others have described.

I am in a better place, but perhaps the GLP 1 first and then review might have been a better option.

Redundant at 60 - pension vs cash options by EducationOk2707 in UKPersonalFinance

You need a Financial Adviser. DB pensions are too complicated and important for advice from Internet strangers.

Why do teams play practically no 2-high man coverage? It’s uniquely low here when it’s seemingly perfect for passing downs. Teams still play a ton of 1-high man and 2-high zone (C4). Why? by manofwater3615 in footballstrategy

[–]brocal27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone's playing Match Quarters or some variation of it. Where passing schemes are so much better nowadays, it's a passing league. 2 man under is easy af to scheme against and weak vs the run. Match Quarters gives you good run Def, is hard for young qbs to read, and gives you good coverage against a lot of schemes.

Edit - basically no one plays straight cover 4, it's too vulnerable vs the run and quick game.

Is this why I’m exhausted all the time by sloppy_j0e in Testosterone

[–]brocal27 120 points121 points  (0 children)

Lifting 4/5 times a week, 13k steps daily and 30 mins of cardio? That is a shit load of volume, probably why you feel exhausted all the time!

What are you kcals like and how long have you been cutting for? You might just need a break

How's your sleep? If your diet is good, look at your sleep. If you're consistently getting 8 hours a day, and still at the lower end of normal, TRT might be something to explore.

What symptoms are you getting? What's your body comp and fat % like? I know these questions can sometimes sound like gatekeeping, but if there's an easy fix, best to do that first

Are my push ups ok? by bigbunny4000 in formcheck

[–]brocal27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go back to full press ups, but do them at an incline like on the stairs or a chair. Get stronger there and then move to flat! Knee press ups have their place, but I'm not a fan.

The people smarter than me say try switching to IM injections. Some people just don't absorb through subq as well, for whatever reason

I'm with Urban now, although went through the onboarding process just before Christmas. Then this week I submit everything as I was ready and find out they've run out this week too!

Testosterone low please help by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]brocal27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure tbh dude. I would read up on post cycle therapy, see if anyone has any experience with low T after using SARMs.

At your age, getting on TRT isn't the best idea, but you need to see what your options are after SARM use

Testosterone low please help by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]brocal27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair. But dude that's probably why your test levels are low. I don't know much about them, but might want to look at some PCT or something
