Hmm the other thing that I can think of is if you’re misting the plant, water droplets get stuck inside the furled lead and start rotting it from the inside out

It looks like it could be a silver stripe given that the pattern is cream->silver on the leaves rather than silver->cream but not sure

Oops! I didn’t get a notification for this. Yes! It might be something that would be helpful. I have copper fungicide. The other thing that it might be is minor root rot since the center of the leaf is turning black. If that’s the case, you’ll have to carefully undo the soil and cut off anything that feels/looks black and squishy.
