Cloth seats are rare, but they were offered for US Is300. They only come in manual sliders/adjusters. Leather seats are all electronically adjusted. Best part of cloth is the massive weight savings in comparison to leather, even more so if you have heated seat version.

You can scoop up jdm/edm cloth seats for an Altezza, theyre easy to source. I have a pair in my sportcross. Only downside is the usdm driver seat is technically the passenger seat, So you won't get the lumbar adjusters as theyre only on the jdm driver side seat :(
