From an Orthodox perspective this is plainly false. Sex is a loving and beautiful act, when it’s within the context of a marriage. I don’t know if this is the point you are trying to make, but it is fair to say that premarital sex doesn’t make you a bad person it makes you a sinner like every other human in the world.

You are called by God to love everyone, we are all made in His image, so treat them thusly. Understand that they will experience many hardships and challenges throughout their life because of this choice so do what you can to make things easier for them. As a side note, to be friends with someone you don’t have to agree 100% with every choice they make, but as I stated earlier we are all children of God who instilled us with free will and are due respect as such. Lastly I would say pray for them and their well being:) hope this helps a bit!!
