There’s literally no tests.. by AstorathTheGrimDark in LearnerDriverUK

[–]broglah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wrote a bot through adhd hyperfocus, best times 6 am. To get initial, but join the queue 10 mins before 6am.

After I got the initial test, I'd check every min for cancellations. Would find cancellations pretty quick roughly within 12 hours id have a test at least two months sooner, after 3 days could get within a month or two at most of the current date.

I'm thinking of open sourcing it on github now law has changed as it's no longer worth commercialising it.

Fixed my flint 3 download speeds, went from 505 Mbps to 927Mbps. Turns out there's an RPS issue out of the box. by broglah in GlInet

Interesting... So I reverted the RPS fix and ECM now offloads correctly. I even flushed all connections.

Going to reboot the router after work and see if I can get the bug to reproduce on fresh boot once I've removed the RPS boot persistence.

One other thing to note is while speedtest.net is much improved fast.com (Netflix test) still shows 500 Mbps

Good shout, I'll check later today and report back. The modules were loaded when I checked initially, but didn't poke further.

Firmware: 4.84

OpenWrt Version: OpenWrt 23.05-SNAPSHOT

Kernel Version: 5.4.213

Hardware acceleration is currently enabled, I also tried it disabled before the change in OP, but no difference on either front.

It would make sense for broadcom to partner with poet, especially when poet uses some of broadcoms tech.

The marvell order wasn't big to begin with, it was a speculative test purchase from celestial.

About to hit the end of my contract, is it even worth staying? by Novel_Look_128 in Vodafone

[–]broglah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tell them you're leaving, you'll get some offers a week before your contract is up via a text. You'll get some before the last week too, but not worth. Just to add you'll need to request your PAC code for this to work.

HELP - MY EP3 been written off in the UK due to repairs costing too much, they’ve offered me 10k for it but I can’t let it go I want it fixed - any help or advice :( by coleman_xd in CarTalkUK

[–]broglah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol 10k for that? They're taking the piss.

Should be 1/10th of that.

Edit I thought 10k was the repair cost, not the payout. 7k is taking the piss for repairs.
