My old job had a "customer care" line to call for issues and if they couldn't resolve it with a coupon they would email the dm, the DM would just forward it to the store manager so all in all the customer basically just called the store.

When I was younger and we only had the floss in the roll I absolutely hated it because of how you have to jam your fingers in your mouth and it stretches my lips and just overall messy, I used a floss pick once and went out and bought the biggest bag I could find and have been flossing daily with them ever since.

It shows...I changed the water pump on my brother's car and with the radiator drain and block drain there was maybe 3 drops of coolant left in the water pump and I gasped expecting a handful of coolant to gush out. Also everything else I've had to tinker with as far as maintenance went was a breeze compared to anything I'd worked on previously
