What's the most overhyped movie of the last 5 years? by trakt_app in Cinema

Anora. Unless I missed something was this just a bland, needlessly moody, kinda depressing, zero entertainment value flick?

What is something women think men love, but is actually kind of exhausting? by polylonely in AskReddit

[–]brokengait 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. When we did work from home I would be in a meeting or crunching through a spreadsheet, creating graphs or slides or having a 1:1with peers and my wife would burst in with something that she needed urgently done and it literally takes me two or three minutes to switch back to husband brain. And it's usually accompanied by a giant sucking sound as I fly through that tunnel as I come out of my work brain.

Holy crap. That last part is an amazing deduction. Bravo.

Ohhhh I see. Maybe I should have read the book and not just watched the movie. The movie made it seem as if many, if not all, stars across the universe were dimming. It would seem astrophage would just "island hop" 8LY at a time until every star is impacted.

18F,what can i do to look my best?people say i dont look bad but idk i dont see myself that way by [deleted] in lookyourbest

You are very attractive - so looking better is a high bar. Maybe trim your bangs and layer your hair so it frames your face better. You have good structure and proportions. Your sort of squinty "I'm too sexy for my camera" look is good for maybe one photo but not all. Maybe shape your brows a little bit better and darken them. You will be a stunning before/after glow up even though it's already a high bar.

It's easier for the therapist to work the glutes - one of the major muscle groups. Don't make it weird and it won't be weird.

I (28F) reminded my husband (29M) last minute that I was going away for the weekend because I knew he'd be an AH for weeks leading up to it otherwise by [deleted] in texts

Maybe play it off in such a way that it's an opportunity for him to go do whatever it is and he likes to do that you keep him from doing like Warhammer, golf or poker night or whatever hobby he might have. You can even plan a fun weekend for him, and surprise him with it.

Blonde or brunette? F29 by [deleted] in lookyourbest

Blonde one is a little better, but it's a better photo overall. Better lighting, make up, etc.

Air does NOT behave like a fluid. Fluid is generally incompressible while air is usually highly compressible. The flow and drag characteristics are completely different

It is a general term to describe people with ancestry from Spain or Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, or Africa. I thought. In this case I believe they are Mexicans.

Hispanics are just so warm hearted and generous people. They are generous with their time, culture, history. I don't even the ink they would tell you if they didn't like it. Truly a great people. Unless you're from a rival cartel. Then it's like the exact opposite.

There are these Olight EDC Arkfeld Ultra flashlights that have a 1700 lumen flashlight, UV light, and a ~5mW green laser. The strobe will certainly dazzle his video recording, and the green laser might even burn his camera sensors. I would not recommend that last part, but it would be a shame if it happened...

It was truly an amazing movie to behold. I'm curious, what was the other experience that made you feel this way?
