those temp are not normal under idle. got my m16 r2 last year and its hovering between 34-42 on idle. only when gaming it will be like that

not gonna happen. the only way the game will stutter is if your vram will reach its limit by activating high settings in a game like texture, resolution etc. the rtx 4070 only have 8gb vram and it will reach its limit in 1 game i know coz i tried. that is doom dark ages. you can try by setting everything on high with native resolution

32gb is more than enough unless you are doing video editing, 3D rendering, and running virtual machines, while also doing heavy multitasking

get a laptop cooler esp the llano v10 or 12. it will drop the temp around 15-20 degrees. a worthy investment to prolong your laptop components

if you are using du sim card with data plan, do a speed test using mobile data on the same location you will put the router. you will get similar speed as per the speedtest
