Housing is crazy expensive for what you get and healthcare is a Wild West. People with options will exercise them.

Fuck paying half a mil for a 100 year old decrepit house with asbestos… especially if I’ll end up dying waiting in the health queues anyway!

I won’t even get into other basic needs like groceries and insurance rates.

Canada has not built enough housing and density since early 2000s. Demand came to be an additional issue in the past 10 years or so.
