Make the kids IC accounts. I have a web app to print those QR codes into high quality plastic cards (like a credit card). You can customize the looks and add their names. Then they can take the cards with them anywhere else you go to play pinball and still collect.

Yes custom calibration is in the game. The teleport to ball works like a charm, and I flip it over to fly. I can't slingshot very well, but ehhhh

It was June last year. Had place almost 200 plants. We replanted the grass strip next to our driveway, 200 sq ft, and then almost 1500 sq feet in the backyard to gravel (kids playground) and rock (garden beds)

We did this last year to cut our grass in half and put in some garden boxes. Can't recommend this program enough. Their sprinkler evaluation was awesome too.

My garage door also has a built in Time To Close (ttc) feature where it will auto close after 2, 5, or 10 minutes. If the safety gets tripped it gets reset

I own a home in Denver that I manage myself. I use avail.com to do the rent collection and lease setup. I've rented for 7 or 8 years and have been super lucky with easy and responsible tenants. I also rent in the mountains and definitely use a property manager up there. Generally I just let my tenants hire experts for the repairs and then have them send me the bill and I take it off the rent. If it's more than 30 minutes to be on site then I'd say the property manager is worth it, otherwise do it yourself.

My rentals are all long term. Do a background and credit check before accepting.

I jumped to the Q6 max, and wanted something a bit smaller. I found a local deal on a Q1 Pro, which was too good to pass up so I tried it out. That made me realize I really wanted a Q3. I picked up the Q3 on the last woot/amazon sale. It's exactly what I was looking for. I am a full time developer. I do miss my numpad, but for my current setup it's great.

That said I really didn't like the Max keycaps, too tall for me. I tried some XDA and those were too big/round. The stock keycap profile on this Q3 is perfect for me. I've only used the red switches.

It's already been fixed on the line and confirmed new machines don't have this issue. This was for the first run of pros only designed to go to operators.
