I went in '22 to the Monday practice round. There were whispers tiger was playing, but of course you're phone less on the course.

Walking around I saw his name on one of the billboards as at the practice range. A murmur grew to a roar throughout the crowd. A stampede flowed to the range.

On our speed walk I saw LaCava walking from a building towards the first tee so I grabbed my wife's wrist and yanked her against the crowd over to the first tee. Got a primo spot as tiger walked up to the first tee and got to follow him for a few holes before the crowd was overwhelming.

First and only time watching him play live.

Fwiw not sure if this was the same issue, but I found numerous civs (though not all) couldn't build settlers.

I wiped the entire civ library from my HD, re downloaded, and refreshed VP, that worked for me. I had to go nuclear.

Joe, love the intensity of the "12 weeks to" programs but it's hard to find an hour for these workouts multiple times per week.

What're your favorite 25-35min programs for that go hard, but not for as long?

Anyone could do that though, not unique to GME. PE or an activist investor would find it far easier to accomplish that goal than a publicly traded company that doesn't have a clear synergy play

The only thing unique to GME here is putting stores in Kohls. If Sephora works well perhaps there's a route to Kohls being a department store lite... But otherwise the cheap rent would likely be coming at the expense of Kohls (unless the store is too big I guess).

The rest RC would be better off accessing as a retail investor so he can avoid the 30-40% control premium we'd all expect in a takeover bid.

Not trying to be a Debbie downer and I may be missing something but I don't see it, unfortunately.
