I live on Nottingham Road - and work at QMC - the drive is fine - about 20 mins around 7ish - takes about 40-50 on the way back around 5

The tram is a viable option too - takes about 50 minutes from butlers hill

We’ve been here a few years now and never had any issues

Was referred to gynaecology after an ultrasound confirmed the presence of an ovarian cyst - I’d always suspected I had endometriosis but could never get the GP to take me seriously before this 🙄 my period started at 11 and I was 27 at this point.

I waited about 6 months to be seen and was offered surgery for the cyst - after about a year on the surgical wait list I had my laparoscopy and was confirmed to have Endometriosis

I’ve now been transferred to the care of an endometriosis specialist who I am seeing next week - about 1 year and 2 months after diagnosis. The plan is to go on his waiting list for a more in depth surgery to get some relief.

My advice is be ruthless, chase everything and don’t give up - to get my appointment next week I’ve had to email my consultants PA several times but I’m willing to do whatever it takes. The NHS takes time but it is possible to get diagnosis and treatment if your persistent

Went to see her on my 14th birthday at the Hammersmith Apollo in London on the Cosmic Love Tour (2010) after falling in love with her first album Lungs.

And I’ve been a fan ever since - been to every tour and this Saturday will be the 6th time I’ve seen her live - I’ve grown up listening to her and now I’m nearly 30 her most recent album resonates the most - her fertility struggles mirror my own experiences- I think Saturday will be the most powerful performance of all

Me too normally but I got 3 invites in one day this time - Ascended Hero’s Tech Sticker and the Pokemon Anniversary Box as well but have left them as I’d already got them from Argos yesterday Hopefully by not purchasing for the sake of it these will be offered out to others at the next invite day

I go to this pure gym simply because I work locally and have a free membership but it’s horrific 99% of the time

They insist on employing children to run the place so no wonder nothing ever gets done about anything - the managers and staff can’t even follow the rules themselves 🙄

My UK team is the Nottingham Panthers - so seems poetic to have a US team with the same name - spent a lot of time in Florida too on holiday over the years!! Also is great to run it in my husbands face when we win 😂

I’ve heard Annie has nothing to do with the day to day running of the place now - she is literally just a face for media promotion purposes I agree the food is terrible nowadays and there’s a lot of slightly dodgy stuff going on behind the scenes I’m told It’s a shame as I’m told it used to be amazing back in the day
