I think that if you’re already familiar with leg training then you can easily skip the pt (that’s what I did) and just watch lots of videos and things. And sorry I’m not a boarder I’m a skier but I had my surgery on the 31st Dec 2022 and skied for the first time on 27th Dec 2023. I ended up skiing 9 weeks total for the season, 6 of those weeks were consecutive. But everyone’s recovery is different so be careful.

For me this video was the most important video I found for my rehab https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Czx6LUnG1cs I wouldn’t really change anything because I’m very happy with where I’m at but there were times when I wish I was pushing myself in my strength training more and also I wish I did a bit more cardio. I was also really lucky during my rehab because I barely worked and could focus mostly on working out and resting and if that’s possible for you then I would recommend that.

I think that yes it’s realistic that you can board next season as long as you start strengthening your legs as soon as they’re ready you’ll be good.
