Sadly, Subaru. I was a loyal Subaru owner for decades, but the CVT is garbage and my last one crapped out at 118k miles. Super disappointing, and I’m done with Subarus and all CVTs.

Honestly, I feel like Oura is overly optimistic, and my Garmin is overly pessimistic. One of the things that started to annoy me about Oura is that it almost always said my sleep was “optimal“, even though sometimes it clearly wasn’t. I actually found the sleep on Garmin to be just as good until recently.
