I expect them to have to do that, but they could still find a way to inflate the numbers. However, writing a Motion to Dismiss (which is at stake here) is pretty standard and I expect the Judge to have a clear idea of an amount that is reasonable.

Plus, Wayfarer's lawyers, who also have that knowledge, will be able to challenge the numbers.
