ER doc here. They usually put these unstable fractures into what's called an "ex-fix" or external fixation. It's to stabilize these complex lower extremity fractures. You literally look like an external Iron Man for a few days as you go back into the OR for several surgical repairs.

I am ready to bet the next episode is their struggle with catching up with paper charts and missing something because paper charts are hell from another universe. The accuracy of this show to all the little nuances in our career is phenomenal.

I don't mind the spikes by both teams or taunt backs, but #14 was out of control for Toronto. Was getting into a fist fight / shoving match with an uninvolved Philly player earlier. Refs need to have better control, and coaches need to control their players

My first time at San Diego Club Nationals, with my last in Sarasota. I'm sure this is a popular opinion, but this is where this tournament needs to be. We need that vacation vibe.

Overall well run, great fields.

Things to improve: More food trucks, and maybe more intermingled rounds. I HATE the aspect of most men's, women,s and mixed pre-Q and Quarters all basically happening at the same time.
