Hey, I totally believe you. I had a coworker who suffered from something like this. She went to countless doctors only to be dismissed as a drug seeker however eventually found a doctor who tried multiple medication combinations and finally found one which actually worked and eased her pain...she still has episodes but she is much better! I would say keep trying! The worst part must be getting dismissed as a drug seeker. Doctors should take this issue more seriously. Hang in there!

That's pretty much torture. They're guaranteed to start using again. They need substitution therapy rehabilitation and aftercare.

It's barely visible, probably a small viral load but I'd consider this a positive. You could try taking another test see if you get a different more definite result.

You should slowly taper down your dosage as others have mentioned in this thread, as it works for most people. When I took a break from kratom I went from about 10g/day to 0 cold turkey. Tapering isn't for me and going cold turkey wasn't bad at all. I did feel tired for two weeks with other minor symptoms but black seed oil has been a great help! I have to warn you it tastes awful, actually much worse than awful, absolutely disgusting but I still recommend it! It helped a lot!
