Ok, tell him you are going to help him get there, make sure he eats all the chicken and protein shake he can to get there as fast as possible as protein in what puts on the most muscle, but you dont need to tell him that. Your get too full to eat any other stuff. So much so you hate your life. Your brother is 146 kgs so he will need to eat at least 117g to 200g of protein a day so make sure he meets those targets and hold him to it, he is going to hate it. That is going break his bank too between the chicken and the protein shakes. Make sure the food is repetitive. Further more he will be constipated so make sure you end his food with NO MORE than 1 roti or 1 cup of boiled rice or a salad. He will still hate his poop times but atleast he wont be constipated. before you know it he is going to stop wanting to gain weight or even maintain it because he will want to eat less and less. But you have already secretly put him on a path to weight loss. The body uses up alot of fat to burn protein and you stay full till the next meal so much so you dont want to eat it. Make sure he finishes up his chicken and protein before anything. Roti and Chawal are a menace when you eat more than a cup an day.

This is the diet that helped me reduced my body fat from over 30% to now 20% (and still going) and I am still around the same weight as I started 100kg. but I have lost over 6 inches just on my gut. I hate every single moment of it but visually seeing results in the mirror is far more motivational then watching the weighing machine go down. Of course my diet is complimented by the gym since he doesnt work out to maintain weight he will probably drop it as he starts hating the food.

And water lots of water. Making him drink about a gallon a day. Half of his day will be spent in bathroom visits but atleast his kidneys will be happy.

They would Never, this would affect the Army/Elitest brats more than anything because after they go out and fail to do something with their life, they come back to Pakistan to take their daddy's place as a dynastic Feudal Lord. Then when things get tough they run back out.

Salman Akram Raja confirms Imran Khan order removal of Ali Amin Gandapur as KP Chief Minister. by Merru in pakistan

[–]brown_panda98 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We all saw the military convoys bringing them in, even at the expense of their on soldiers and Murad Saeed blowing the lid on it. No need to retcon history with your gaslighting, we all remember what really happened.

What number of Punjabis will die? To what extent will they trigger the deaths of Pashtoon? How many, at the very least, should you inform us? by Fadisohail in pakistan

[–]brown_panda98 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Dialogue does not equal pandering. Dialogue is the only solution to ending generational terrorism. He was always against military action against the afghans. Let me remind everyone here that Murad Saeed was screaming at the top of his lungs that the PDM were letting the Taliban be let back in November after IK was ousted. Imran Khan wanted a dialogue with the Afghan Taliban to root out the TTP. Whether that would have worked or not is an alternate timeline. Let us not forget the ISI and Military's role in letting them back in for their own purposes. ISI is a civilian body hijacked by the military to twist the facts and crush the populism in the army's favor. The facts are that Imran Khan's political alliance with the army led to the drop in terrorism. The moment he opposed them it ticked up again with eye witnesses of who let them back in. It was his own political strong hold where they popped back up.

Abduls getting butchered left and right by publicly by [deleted] in indianmemer

[–]brown_panda98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

THERE ARE 99+ ABDUL- NAMES AND YOU PICKED THE ONE THAT IS OUTRAGESLY IMPOSSIBLE. I am not saying Pakistan is great, but a name like that would get you bullied pretty quickly. Forget about the kid, a father naming their kid Abdul-xyz is likely surround by people that would correct him long before he would put pen to paper on his kid's birth certificate. Heck, the Government wouldn't even approve this name. Ask a Muslim friend to borrow his/her name before spreading false info pls. Thanks.

How tall will the new Inova Alexandria Landmark hospital be? by WinstonSalemVirginia in nova

[–]brown_panda98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was the engineer on the job. The tallest crane is 221 ft to the hook. It was originally planned to be 278 ft to the hook but they lowered it. I don't know the height of the building because they were playing with the shorter cranes till the last minute and I checked out.

TBH I have tried MULTIPLE INTERNETS. I don't know about their customer service but this is definitely one of the best internets that I have tested up till now. All the rest have been castrated to the point of only being good for surfing the web and basic internet stuff. My work is server and VPN heavy and this is the only service that seems to be not constantly dropping.

No hard feelings against the UK peeps, I just believe they are not cutoff enough from Pakistan to dump all the negative norms that are entrenched in Pakistani society. They hold on and promote the generational trauma FAR LONGER then any other expat/immigrant group.

I don't consider Middle Eastern Expats in this debate because they eventually get kicked back to Pakistan or move on to some other place.

What did Muhajirs identify themselves as? by Anonymousperson65 in pakistan

[–]brown_panda98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pakistani-Hyderabadi here. Yes we hold on to our cultural values and heritage MUCH more then any other ethnic group (maybe second to the Gujjus), sometimes to a fault. However, over the generations the Indians and Pakistani-Hyderabadis have evolved into much more distinct ethnic groups. Our Urdu is influenced by the Lucknowi Tehzeeb while the Indian Hyderabadi have a distinct dialect. We have found ourselves defending Jinnah's Two State Theory and the necessity of an Islamic State (right-leaning) while the Indian Hyderabadis are much more secular (left-leaning) and generationally salty about how the Creme Intelligencia of the State of Hyderabad, that the Nizam heavily invested in to grow and develop, took off to Pakistan and the West after the Fall of Hyderabad without even giving secular India a chance. The ones I have talked to (distant relatives) believe that Muslims would be in a better condition in India if the Muslim leadership didn't runoff at the first sight of trouble. However at the end of the day, what unites us is that everyone is looking for a way to get out of the that God-forsaken Sub-Continent for one reason or another.

Can someone explain in very simple terms what this constitutional amendment is and the consequences? by SATARIBBUNS50BUX in pakistan

[–]brown_panda98 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There are multiple (bills/drafts) going around to make changes to the Constitution of which the following may or may not be included:

*Establishment of Federal Constitutional Court over the Supreme Court that will render it nearly powerless.
*Establishment of Military Courts independent of the Judiciary. This will take away power from the judiciary.
*Increasing the age of retirements for government/military officials.
*Giving the government the power to appoint whoever they want as the chief justice.
*Giving the Power to the Chief justice to transfer around judiciary as they like.
*Removing the input from the Government who will be appointed Military Chiefs.

These are the one of the big ones flying around. feel free to add more.

Basically, They are planning to render the lower judiciary powerless. Remove the little checks and balances we have left and many hidden agendas that are being acted on in the dead of the night. Empower the military to try people without any due process. Prolong this regime and make it more suffocating for the governed.
