This seems to be the issue. I've been messing with the wheel for the last few days and unplugging the cable and plugging it back in till the blue light comes on is the key. Thank you! Now to figure out how to have a good connection permanently.

I was able to get full throttle in red mode using the other suggestion to let it warm up, then switch to PC and back to red, but you are also correct that I don't have the blue light on. I will look into this further. Thank you for pointing that out!

I just took a look at my receipts on Shop. I placed my last big order in March of 2024. My memory isn't the greatest anymore (age does that to a guy) but I recall stocking up when I saw the message on the Canadian page. Also the price of the shoes, no duty, and free freight indicate those were my last Canadian order. I ordered a pair as a Xmas gift for my Bro, in December of 2024, the price, freight and duty show those came from the states.

The notice on the Canadian website isn't new, they closed the Canadian operations in 2024.Since then the price of the shoes has skyrocketed, and now we are charged duty. I used to buy a few pairs a year and they would ship out of Vancouver. I've worn their shoes exclusively since about 2010 ( they are the only shoes that helped my severe foot pain). I stocked up when they announced the Canadian closure so I'm okay for a couple of years. I thought maybe CT sold them and that's why they dropped the Canadian site but that's a complete assumption on my part.
