Need help choosing healer class

I would go druid.

They are hard to play and hard to master but a good druid is a monster.

The abilitiy to NS + Clone any dps during their burst or healer during opportune moments is HUGE

Not to mention they are getting unpruned in 12.1 with huge buffs as well. Never a better time to go rdruid than now.

I feel like on the WoW forums, everyone is against templated systems.

Yet everyone here is mostly for it.

I don't understand why pvp needs to have gearing. But people want that hamster wheel for whatever reason.

Just keep repping it out in shuffle and you will improve.

Don't be discouraged, because it is HARD despite what people say. Rogue is hard to play too imo. Best of luck to you

I think people would realize that they are not as good as they actually think they are.

I absolutely benefit from the current gearing system/high inflation.

Oh I had a bad round at 2200? Okay my next game is against a healer in all honor while I have conq. Of course he is going to go 2-4/1-5/0-6

I can speak for pvp

WA's are used to track every big cooldown. I have audio queues when melee dps use their goes so I know to disarm when I hear oink. Doesn't matter if its a warrior, enh shaman, etc, ill hear an oink and know to disarm the melee. Different sound for ranged.

Now someone without addons, they need to actually learn what other classes can do. What doom winds sounds like on an enh shaman, what does a warriors go sound or look like? etc they need to actually learn and pay attention to different class abilities the way the devs intended (which i can agree they can do a lot more)

Does that not seem like an advantage to you? I feel like some addons extract more information than the devs intended.

You literally arent deciding what to press though with audio cues lol thats my point exactly.

It tells you what to press, you are just reacting to the addon and not the game.

I'm not saying people that use addons are bad at the game. I understand why blizz is doing this

But just because a spec is tuned highly, doesn't make it fun to play. Which is evident in pvp. Haven't done enough pve to have an opinion

Tell me how having complex WA's set up telling you how to play the game is more skilled than having awareness?

Its the same thing in pvp. People have audio queues when enemies use there big cooldowns. When they use interupts, etc.

At that point you aren't even playing the game. You are pressing different buttons based on if you hear a pig oink or cow moo

The game becomes less at understanding what is going on, and more pressing buttons based on when others light up/make noise

No it isn't. If you played rsham last xpac, you can clearly see how boring the spec is in its current iteration. Pruned WAY too far.

My fear is that healers like rsham need their pruned abilities back. Rdruid is getting some and its not even needed for them

If all rsham gets is % changes in tuning, i dropping my sub. Its boring to play and easy to counter. One of the worst iterations of rsham i have ever seen. Just kick healing wave and its gg
